What does this mean?
This means that we have been recognised by our peers in the industry to have the necessary experience and qualifications to be classed as professional bookkeepers. To achieve the "Member" status for the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and the Association of Accounting Technicians requires as a minimum:
- proof of a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping or Accounting),
- three years professional experience and
- written references from two accountants that are members of a recognised body (CPA, CA or NIA).
